85 Chaplin Avenue was already in the works to become a show stopper; however, even architecturally beautiful homes can use a little “staging love” to increase the val- ue of the sale, as well as shave-o the time spent on the Market. The challenge here was trying to coordinate with, and work around construction workers, delivery men and giant skill saws!

We collaborated with the Seller and their Designer & Architect to prove that when you match the quality of the build with the right staging, you can transform a space so that every potential buyers can envision themselves living in the space. The end result was a sale of 100% of ask on the first day it went to Market!
