They take the stress out of selling and make it super easy, and obviously breaking records and selling waaaay over asking was what I wanted and what I got! Also, check out their site to see examples of their staging – I thought they were good, but they were so much better than expected. I almost debated not selling because the staging was so good!!! Also, Ian should consider a side job as a therapist simply because he indulged me as I whined about how brutal the Toronto market is…. far more than a ‘normal’ amount so thank you Ian! From strategy to staging, our sale process was one that was executed to plan. Specifically, the focus on data (pricing/comps data, MLS and website tracking, etc) helped to provide a strong foundation to make decisions. I actually consider myself very in-tuned with the real estate market but both Ralph and Kori still provided me with great insight on the intricacies of a real estate transaction. The duo provided me with the necessary storage facilities to store all of my items prior to staging. They also took responsibility for transporting my personal items and took charge of the staging process. My wife and I met with a few other agents but our last 1st meeting was with Fox Marin Associates. We met Kori Marin and Ian Busher at their beautiful offices on Yonge St.

Our opening meeting was great. Kori and Ian gave us a crash course on this crazy Toronto market. We learned so much and got a clear understanding of what’s been going on in the Toronto market with respect to our neighbourhoods of interest and price range. We left that meeting thinking (and feeling) that we found the right people to help us buy our first home.

Ian quickly set us up with online database profiles we were off. Ian suggested we do a full day of property visits in the hopes of learning firsthand what we need, love, like and can do without. That Saturday was exhausting but very informative.

We had many messages, emails, calls and lots of site visits with Ian. During all of it Ian was (and continues to be) amazing. Just amazing.
