Has The Toronto Bubble Finally, Popped?
Emma Stokes
Originally hailing from the city of Cork, Ireland, Emma recently made the bold leap to Toronto after living in Boston and travelling the globe. With a Master’s in Strategic Marketing and a cross-industry background spanning the software, medical, and retail sectors, she brings a compelling mix of analytical smarts and creative curiosity to the Fox Marin team. Adaptable, affable, and always up for a challenge, Emma is a natural fit for the breakneck speed of Toronto real estate, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Emma joins us as our new Listing Coordinator, working hand-in-hand with Kori Marin and Ralph Fox to support our five-star sales operations from behind the scenes; coordinating timelines, liaising with vendors, and keeping the engine running with precision, composure, and best-in-class client care. She’s hit the ground running, diving headfirst into the industry with eyes wide open and a genuine hunger to learn from some of the most seasoned players in the business.
Beyond the office, Emma’s energy and competitive edge are rooted in her lifelong passion for sport. She’s also a committed sports fan, following everything from soccer and rugby to the NFL and NHL with equal enthusiasm (Go Pats! …wrong crowd?).
Toronto might be a far cry from Cork, but Emma is embracing the city’s buzz with open arms and an adventurous spirit. She’s already mapping out every corner of her new home, from the Toronto Islands to the winding roads of cottage country. Weekends often include strolls through Trinity Bellwoods, midday bites on Ossington, and the eternal quest for the perfect flat white (Boxcar Social is holding strong).
A wanderer at heart, Emma has also lived in Greece and the French Alps, thrives on staying active, and has her sights set on tackling Canadian ski trails this winter. With her rare blend of curiosity, drive, and warmth—plus a killer Irish accent—we know she’s going to fit right in.
We’re beyond excited to welcome Emma to the Fox Marin universe. Let’s just say…she’s one to watch.
