June Tatad

June is an accomplished administrative professional with a wealth of experience supporting various industries, including real estate. As part of our busy team, June provides meticulous support for all Fox Marin’s real estate transactions. Her responsibilities include drafting statements, contracts, amendments, waivers, and essential paperwork to close buyer, seller, and rental transactions. She is a lifesaver!

June’s career has been built on her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and likable interpersonal abilities. She is known for being organized and reliable and, most importantly, for her positive attitude and service-oriented approach. With a technologically savvy mindset, June brings a wonderful attitude and energetic presence to the Fox Marin team.

June is originally from the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Mindanao State University. She worked in Dubai, UAE, for five years as an Administrative Officer and Executive Assistant before returning to the Philippines and working as a Virtual Assistant for almost three years. She began her work-from-home journey as a Transaction Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, which sparked her interest in real estate. June’s recent relocation to Toronto has further increased her enthusiasm to grow with a winning group of hardworking individuals!

In her spare time, June enjoys long walks in the park, catching up with friends, and exploring different cultures and cuisines through travel. An adventuresome person by nature, she feels a deep connection to Toronto, almost as if she has lived here in a past life, which fuels her passion for contributing to the local community!
