Meet The Team: Ralph Fox

Ralph Fox is our Broker of Record and one of Fox Marin’s Managing Partners. From an early age, Ralph recognized that the most successful people in life apply long-term thinking to their investments, relationships, and life goals. It’s this philosophy, along with his lifelong entrepreneurial drive and exceptional business instincts that have helped to establish Ralph as a top agent in the real estate market in downtown Toronto. We asked Mr. Fox a few questions about his love for Toronto, and his Real Estate career:

How long have you worked in Real Estate?

I have been actively investing in Toronto real estate for over 20 years and have been a Realtor for almost a decade.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the variety and the fact that every day is different and presents new challenges. There is always a need to grow and learn new skills and approaches to the business. I think this market presents both tremendous challenges and opportunities, and it’s exciting to be on the front line of navigating our clients through it.

What do you love most about Toronto?

I grew up in Toronto, and I believe that we are blessed to be living in such a dynamic city. Every city goes through a Renaissance period, and I believe that Toronto is in the midst of its own, becoming a major player on the world stage. It is exciting to see and in a very small way, participate in its renaissance.

What neighbourhood is your favourite, and why?

I’m going to go with Little Italy, but that may just be because I believe in a past life I was Italian, which is a whole other story….
