Has The Toronto Bubble Finally, Popped?
Renee Leung
Born in Toronto and raised in Hong Kong, Renee has lived and thrived in two of the world’s most dynamic, competitive, and bustling cities. This cross-cultural upbringing gives her a global perspective on real estate, paired with a grounded appreciation for what makes a home truly valuable. Where others see pressure and pace, Renee sees potential.
With an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and an academic advisory role, Renee brings an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail to every transaction. Her career trajectory, from academia to real estate operations and a licensed agent, speaks to her adaptability, intellect, and quiet tenacity.
Before stepping into her operational role at Fox Marin, Renee supported the closing of 300+ transactions for over 130 agents at a fast-paced brokerage, overseeing documentation, liaising with legal teams, and managing urgent timelines with speed and precision. From MLS input to marketing collateral, compliance to client cheques, Renee has been in the weeds and behind the scenes, an experience that few new agents can claim.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Renee is a clear communicator with a gift for building strong relationships inside and outside of the office. Her love for systems, structure, and people makes her an invaluable part of any team while also being an outstanding support to the operational bones of Fox Marin.
Since returning to Toronto in 2017, Renee has lived across the GTA, from Scarborough to downtown to her current home base in North York. She’s a passionate explorer of neighbourhoods, communities, and most notably, restaurants. Ask her for her short list of must-try spots, and you might find yourself driving to Waterloo for ‘hotpot’ (one of the best traditional East Asian dining experiences).
For Renee, real estate is more than a profession; it’s about listening closely, acting decisively, and ensuring that every detail, big or small, is handled with intention.
