When your client is expecting her second child any day now, you need to move quickly! And boy did we ever. We had just 48 hours to transform this generous, 1,750 s.f. space from #MommyLife to #RealEstateHeaven.

To minimize any inconvenience to the Seller, we chose to incorporate some of their existing furniture pieces with our own to create an elegant, Manhattan-inspired space that would make anyone reconsider purchasing a house vs a spacious apartment in an up & coming area. 256 Jarvis-10D sold for a record breaking, 122% of asking on offer night at over 30% more than the last comparable sale in the building!
