03/07 - Staging

Staging: 437 Roncesvalles Ave, Suite 117

Admittedly, we were a bit intimated by this Roncesvalles loft when we did the initial walk through.  The property had been tenanted for several years and packed wall-to-wall with stuff.  It was hard to see the space for it’s raw beauty but we had enough confidence that we could get the job done in a short time period.   In this particular case, we swapped out a heavy kitchen island with something lighter and brighter from Ikea which was super smart!   We also used a lot of art work with white mattes to showcase the lofty ceiling heights and we ripped down the heavy curtains at the front to allow for more natural light!
