For this listing, our goal was to showcase the size of the suite! This property was formerly a two bedroom converted to a giant one bedroom – it’s biggest selling feature! In light of this, we worked hard with the sellers to de-clutter and de-personalize the rooms. We combined some of their pieces with our own furniture and decor inventory to pull together a cohesive, marketable property. We think this made it easy for buyers to see that a simple kitchen update and some new flooring could effortlessly transform the space! In fact, we can see it now just looking at the photographs!
