53 High Park Blvd. PH A put our skills in the art of book-shelf merchandising to the test. With a cluttered work space and overwhelming nooks, it was difficult to imagine how we could transform this space without overwhelming the wall and taking away from the craftsmanship of the custom, built-in shelves.

While working closely with the Seller to stage this magnificent property, we de-cluttered and categorized the books by colour. A few hits of turquoise and some simple silhouettes and you have an office that people would pay to work from! The end result? A quick sale that met the Seller’s expectations and a feature in BlogTO’s house of the week.
