We loved the family that sold Mann with us! But, wow, we worked on a super short time frame. This property was de-cluttered, painted, repaired, cleaned and styled in 72 hours. We completed the staging on a Saturday night when it was pitch black out! This house was packed full of charm and character but need a little pick me up before we could go to market. Changing out dining room light fixture and, merchandising the white shelves with simple pottery and cleaning the back entrance windows took this room from drab to fab in just minutes.
