Has The Toronto Bubble Finally, Popped?
Grace Collins
Grace recognizes and appreciates that people are most successful when they live in a space that makes them feel like the most comfortable and confident version of themselves. Growing up around the GTA, she deeply loves the city and has always loved exploring and taking in everything that Toronto has to offer.
Grace spent four years in a Top-Tier Business program at Queen’s University, learning the ins and outs of economics, marketing, and sales. In addition to her degree, Grace earned a Certificate of Social Impact, exhibiting the importance of giving back and working for something bigger than herself, a value that has been ingrained in her from a young age. This saw her volunteering in elementary schools in Kingston and helping a local gym devise a strategy to stay afloat during the pandemic.
Grace’s international experience has significantly shaped her perspective. In 2019, she had the opportunity to travel abroad and complete an exchange program in Helsinki, Finland. The four months that she spent in Europe opened her eyes to different ways of life and gave her perspective on what matters most. She met and made friends with individuals from all over the world, with whom she remains in touch today. Finland also helped her find a passion for sustainability by firsthand experiencing the ways it is embedded in university curriculums and everyday life. She came home with a love for travel and experiencing the world, something that she continues to this day.
After graduating from university, Grace started her career in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, working for a Fortune 500 Company for three years. She spent her time in an Account Manager role, working with one of the leading grocery stores in Canada. Grace learned the importance of relationship management and staying calm under pressure in this role. She proved herself an invaluable team member, always willing to roll up her sleeves to get the job done. She navigated through a tumultuous time in the industry with its changing dynamics while also playing a role in launching a new brand in Canada.
After many wonderful experiences in CPG, Grace has turned her focus to real estate. She brings positive energy to Fox Marin and is excited to help her clients find homes they love! An ambitious and driven individual at heart, Grace is committed to working hard for her clients and keeping people at the centre of what she does.
Grace has lived in various neighbourhoods throughout the city, including Lawrence Park South, Leslieville and Harbourfront. She lives in the heart of downtown with her partner, Mitch, and their cat, Marty. In her spare time, you can find Grace continuing to explore the city of Toronto and eating her way through the city’s culinary scene. A foodie at heart, Grace enjoys spending time in the kitchen, using cooking as a creative outlet. She enjoys hosting her friends and has become known for her Friendsgiving, a day when she brings all her circles together to share a meal. Outside of food, Grace loves to practice Yoga and is a proud member of the Peloton Community!
