If there’s anything we love, it’s a blank canvas to get our creative juices flowing! When the Developer of this building approached us to sell his brand new suite in the Canary District, we know we had to pull out all the stops.

Although this 500 s.f.. Condo didn’t leave a lot of room for versatility, we chose to incorporate smaller to mid-sized condo furniture to create a more effective use of the space and allow for the exceptional floor to ceiling windows to remain on display and light up the suite with its south-western exposure. The result: a record breaking sale on offer night of an impressive 136% of ask.
