We tore out the dirty carpet, replaced the dated wood staircase for a clean and contemporary upgrade, added some accent shelving to create depth, and voila! The dark & dingy transformed into a drool-worthy entertaining area that even the most discerning of guests would swoon over. In the end, 588 Wellington St W sold over ask at a record breaking price, on the same day it went to Market!
