The challenge here was trying to coordinate with, and work around construction workers, delivery men and giant skill saws!

We collaborated with the Seller and their Designer & Architect to prove that when you match the quality of the build with the right staging, you can transform a space so that every potential buyers can envision themselves living in the space. The end result was a sale of 100% of ask on the first day it went to Market!
