Even architecturally beautiful homes can use a little “staging love” to increase the value of the sale, in addition to shaving off the time spent on the market. We collaborated with the seller and proved that, when you match the quality of the build with the right staging, magic can happen. You can transform a space so that even the most discerning of buyers can envision themselves as an owner.
We re-worked this challenging den space by removing the existing closet. Instead, we built out a dedicated media area to better service the overall floor plan. Upon removing the closet, we painted the wall black and added the floating shelves. This condo went from drab to fab overnight – not to mention the six offers and record-breaking sale!
When you’re selling a luxury property, it’s imperative that no detail is overlooked, including closets, light fixtures and highly coveted outdoor space. This stunner of a home featured unobstructed, panoramic lake views and a 690 square foot wraparound terrace with deep lounge vibes. Our job is always to create “can’t live without” features of a home. So, we stacked this terrace with non-stop planters, greenery and outdoor pillows. We also shot the property in twilight hours giving it some Miami heat!
We cleaned, painted, repaired and staged this previously tenanted property in just one week’s time. This West End loft required some tender loving care to highlight its remarkable 13’ ceilings, extraordinary living space and unique private entrance.
Our design team brought their A-Game and rocked it out! Talk about a bedroom makeover that’s now fresh, clean and stylish! We loved the layered prints over the bed and cute, white desk tucked off to the side to complete this swipe twice before and after.
