The Rosedale on Bloor: A Toronto condo project to keep tabs on
It’s tough to keep up with the number of new condo buildings sprouting up in Toronto.
Every so often though, you’ll hear about one that immediately catches your interest. Good news: The Rosedale on Bloor is one of those places.
The new condo development will sit at 387 Bloor Street East, where Yorkville meets Rosedale. Since the area is already well established, few construction cranes dot the neighbourhood – a welcome sight for any Torontonian! Rosedale is one of Toronto’s oldest and most affluent neighbourhoods after all. It’s also a district that’s incredibly central and brimming with character (think Yorkville’s stylish bistros and retail boutiques).
While The Rosedale condo project is currently in pre-construction, it will eventually become a modern 52-storey tower featuring 476 residences with a focus on affordable upscale living. Not only that, but The Gupta Group has decided to combine the residential tower with a 10-storey Canopy by Hilton hotel, where residents can take advantage of the many hotel services. For convenience, both the residential component and hotel will have their own private entrances and elevator access. Neat, right?
More info on the development will surface soon, so be sure to keep an eye out!
